福智山の魅力

標高約900メートルの福智山は、町名の由来にもなった郷土を象徴する名山です。バリエーション豊富な登山コースが整備されていて、初心者から上級者まで、何度登っても楽しめます。
山頂は360度見渡す限りの大パノラマで、遠くは英彦山や脊振の山影が見え、東には周防灘、西には玄界灘を見渡すことができます。

 

Mount Fukuchi, with an elevation of about 900 meters, is a famous mountain that symbolizes the local area and is the origin of the town's name. A wide variety of hiking trails have been developed, so anyone from beginners to advanced hikers can enjoy the climb no matter how many times they climb it. The summit offers a 360-degree panoramic view, with the shadows of Mount Hiko and Mount Sefuri in the distance, as well as views of the Suo-Nada Sea to the east and the Genkai Sea to the west.
